Innocent holds a Master of Business Studies Degree from Mancosa and a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII, UK) and a Diploma in Insurance from IIZ.

Innocent’s career in insurance started over 22 years ago, joining Sedgwick Insurance Brokers (now MARSH) as a Graduate Trainee.

His experience spans over all public and private industries providing a broad range of strategic risk advisory services. Innocent underwent specialist Aviation, Energy, Insurance and Risk Management training in the UK.

Patrick T. Murambadoro is a holder of Masters of Business Leadership from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Technology, Management from the University of Zimbabwe. He also holds a Diploma in Marketing from the Institute of Marketing Management of South Africa. Patrick has vast experience in marketing gleaned over 28 years from various business sectors. He has done various insurance courses such as COP Long Term, COP Short Term and COP Trusteeship.

Prosper is a seasoned ICT professional with a strong foundation in information systems, ICT strategy, and finance. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA – Finance) from the University of Zimbabwe and graduated with First Class Honours in BSc Information Systems from Midlands State University. His credentials include globally recognized certifications such as the ITIL Service Design Certificate, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (EXIN Global), and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

Prosper began his career at African Banking Corporation in 2011 and rose to the position of Senior IT Specialist at BancABC. In 2017, he transitioned to Homelink, where he led the ICT department, driving digital transformation and operational efficiency. In March 2021, he joined BRIGHT (then MARSH) as ICT Manager, providing strategic and technical leadership for the implementation and maintenance of innovative, secure, and reliable ICT solutions.

With a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and a commitment to excellence, Prosper continues to shape digital infrastructure and operational resilience across the financial services sector.

Shadreck Chifamba is a Client Relations Manager at Bright Re with 13+ years of insurance industry experience. He holds a Master of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from the National University and Science and Technology (NUST), an Associate of the Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe (IIZ), and CII Level 4 Diploma in Insurance (UK).

Shadreck is credited with provision of technical advices to colleagues and clients. He has transacted business with clients & suppliers in the local, regional, and international reinsurance markets. He has effectively managed relations with clients and the day-to-day operations at Bright Re and has won various awards including supervisor and manager of the year awards.

Sheba is a Client Relations Manager with the Employee Benefits Division. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from UNISA and Diplomas in Insurance and Computer Programming. Sheba has over 30 years of pension administration experience, having worked for various companies at senior management level.
